30-Day Money-Back Guarantee If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.
How to Request a Refund Email us at DigiGoody@getfamilygrid.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address you used at purchase. Once we confirm this information, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
After your refund is processed, your license key will be deactivated, and you are asked to uninstall the Software from your computer.
Technical Issues If TheFamilyGrid is not functioning correctly on your supported Windows 10 or 11 device, please contact us before requesting a refund. Most technical issues can be resolved quickly, and we would rather fix the problem than lose a customer.
What We Cannot Refund: Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the original purchase date are not eligible unless the Software has a verified defect that we cannot resolve.
