These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of TheFamilyGrid software ("the Software"), sold by DigiGood LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). 

By purchasing or using the Software, you agree to these terms. 

1. License Grant Upon purchase, DigiGood LLC grants you a single-user, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use TheFamilyGrid on one Windows computer for personal or household use. This license is for you alone and may not be shared, resold, or transferred to another person or device without written permission. 
2. What You May Do: You may install the Software on your personal Windows computer. You may make a backup copy for your own use. You may use the Software for personal, household, or small business scheduling and budget management. 
3. What You May Not Do: You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the Software or your license key with others. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Software. You may not use the Software for any unlawful purpose. 
4. Ownership: The Software is licensed, not sold. DigiGood LLC retains all intellectual property rights in the Software. Your purchase grants you the right to use it under these terms, not to own it. 
5. Updates: All minor version updates (e.g., version 1.1, 1.2) are included with your purchase at no additional cost. Major version releases may be offered as a separate purchase. 
6. Data and Privacy: TheFamilyGrid stores all your data locally on your own computer. No personal or family data is transmitted to DigiGood LLC or any third-party server. See our Privacy Policy for full details. 
7. Disclaimer of Warranties The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements. 
8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigiGood LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software. 
9. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
